How do we start working together?
The first step is simple — contact us. We offer a free initial consultation where we discuss your project, goals, and expectations. This is a mutual evaluation to see whether we are the right fit. If we both agree to proceed, we define the scope, timeline, and estimated hours together before any paid work begins.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on project complexity and the level of support required. Our average consulting rate is 45–50 EUR per hour. Before starting, we estimate required hours together so you stay fully in control of the budget. If a task takes longer due to our internal underestimation, that risk is on us (unless agreed otherwise).
What kind of projects can you help with?
We support data-driven work at any stage — from research planning and defining data structures, through statistical modelling and data collection design, to analysis, interpretation, and final outputs for theses, research papers, or business decisions.
Do you deliver the work, or teach me as well?
Both options are possible. We can deliver a complete, ready-to-use solution, or guide you step by step so you understand the methodology and results. Many clients prefer a hybrid approach combining both.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We take confidentiality seriously. We are comfortable signing NDAs and working with anonymised or restricted datasets. Professional discretion is a standard part of our cooperation.
What is the usual turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on project complexity and data readiness. For student consultations, active support usually spans a few structured sessions across several days. Larger research or business projects vary in timeline, but we always plan realistically and respect deadlines.
